Semakan keputusan kemasukan ke tingkatan enam rendah 2009
Update: During my meeting this afternoon, the Form 6 teachers were told that name list for the Lower 6 students will be released on the 8th May (Friday).
We were also told that the students will have to come to school for registration on Monday, 11th May.
For those entering my class, lesson will start on Thursday, 14th May 2009.
The sad news is all students have to be back in school on Saturday, 16th May 2009 too.
Sorry... It is the nation wide Teachers' Day.
How I wish it is a holiday for all teachers.
Teachers Day should be a day for the teachers to relax and release the stress of working, right?
Now, I have to be back in school, sitting in the heaty hall, listening to the long long speeches from the Minister, Principal, the YDP of PIBG, etc.

I hope to see more students studying Form 6 this year in my school.
To those who has doubt of studying Form 6,
it is really not a bad choice although it is tough.
It is quite easy to get a place in the local university.
But I know there are worries of not getting the course you like.
Quota system sucks.
But studying at the private colleges is not as easy as you think.
I know people keep on repeating the same papers, over and over again.
All this cost $$$$.
Studying in the local university is still cheaper compare to private colleges.
But the choice is yours.
Just make sure it is the right one.

Zewt: I know it is sad that the quality is not very good but not all of them are bad. I know quite a number of good one too.
Anonymous: It is ok... but be careful next time, especially when you sit for exam or filling important forms. You must always remember to read carefully and understand it well.

i agree with yr hubby that made in China products r cheap but............
My SPM results was poor with even poor grade in English like grade 7. I was offered a place for Form 6 but I ended up taking up diploma course as my parents suggested. I doubt that I can finish diploma course based on my lousy english. Thank goodness I passed in all papers once. Then, I determined to take up degree course from Australian university via distance learning in IBMS (now known as SEGI) and I managed to pass in all papers once!! All assignments were very tough as well as examinations which marked very strictly that I had been half dead whole semesters. Phew!! After all, I come from my poor family If you fail at university overseas, you have to pay the bomb exam fees to repeat again.

Just want to ask, where u get the news that 8MAY09 we can check our entrance to lower 6?? Sure about that date??
My school's senior assistant told the Form 6 teachers about it. So, 90% accurate.
Do anyone know when is the school reopen for form 6 2009?

So, the list will be out at 8th may? They will give us a letter kan, saying which school we go for form 6? What if i want to apply for another school other than the school i was given? If i can apply for another school, when should i apply for it? Can i go to the school that im interested in and apply for it the same day i received the letter?
ermm...hi,may i ask sumthing,can i go for form 6,my result is so poor,my BM n BI got 7,but order subject was perfect ...with tat result can i allow to apply form 6?
i just finished my form 6 last year.. actually going for form 6 is not that bad.. my spm results really bad.. i got 7 for all my science subjects except for chemistry. i was really depressed n i don't know what to do next n my father actually ask me to go for form 6 n i did.. i went to the art stream. i took business economics bm n pa.. n from that day on i realise that my interest is in economics.. my stpm results were okay.. i got 2As n 2B+..my cgpa is 3.4.. n now i'm waiting for my U application.. form 6 really change my life.. it gave me second chance to prove that i'm capable of doing well in my studies.. so for all spm leavers that didn't perform well, don't give up..
To the one who want to apply to other school, I am not sure about the procedure. But I think you need to go to the school that you are interested for further information on that. Oh yes... I don't think you will get an offer letter to study Form 6. You just need to check your name at your old Form 5 school or you check onlinely.
Tidustang: I don't think you can study Form 6 if you fail your BM. But I don't know if 7 is consider a credit or just merely a pass.
To the last anonymous: I agreed with you. It did changed my life too, luckily to a better one.
